Keith Anthony Smith Passed away at Thames Hospice on the 24th September 2016 aged 72. Loved and missed by Jean, Lucy and all family and friends. The service will take place at St Mary’s Church, Slough on Thursday 13th October at 12:30pm followed by Slough Crematorium. Family flowers only with donations to Thames Hospice. Funeral arrangements entrusted to E.Sargeant & Son Slough.
