Ivy Self Passed away peacefully at Wexham Park Hospital on 13th September 2016 Aged 90 years Much loved wife of Alfred, mother of Michael and devoted Grandmother and Great Grandmother Funeral service to be held at Slough Crematorium on Monday 3rd October 2016 at 2.30pm Family flowers only please with donations, if desired, to The British Heart Foundation GL Skinner & Son, 54 High Street, Iver, Bucks, SL0 9NG
