Patricia Irwin Sadly passed away peacefully on the 23rd March 2016. Dearly beloved mother of Linda, John, Michael, Stephen, and Carol. And much loved Grandmother. Will be sadly missed by her sisters Maura and Joan and all her family and friends. Funeral to take place on the 29th April 2016. Mass 10.30am at St Anthony's and burial at 11.45 Slough Cemetery. All are welcome to celebrate Patricia's life, black attire is not necessary. Family flowers only and if desired donations to Cancer Research.
