Tony Patmore Passed away peacefully on 25th September 2015 after a long illness. Much loved Husband, Father, Grandfather and Great-Grandfather. The funeral service will be held at Slough Crematorium on Thursday 8th October 2015 at 11.30. Family flowers only please. Donations in Tony’s memory can be made to Kidney Research and sent c/o E Sargeant and Son, 40 Church Street, Slough, SL1 1PJ. Please feel free to join Tony’s family after the service at Cippenham Bowls Club, Station Road, Cippenham, SL1 6JJ.
