ZADYRAKA Jakiw known as Jack Passed away peacefully at the Royal Berkshire Hospital on 21st December 2012 aged 88 years. Much loved husband, father and grandfather. Will be very sadly missed by all who knew him. Funeral service at Reading Crematorium South Chapel on Tuesday 15th January at 1.45pm. Flowers are welcome and may be sent to A. B. Walker & Son Ltd, 36 Eldon Road, Reading, RG1 4DL.
