John George Westgarth "Jack" who passed away peacefully at The Berkshire Nursing Home on Friday 25th May 2012 aged 83 years. Devoted Dad, Grandad, Great Grandad and friend. Reunited with his beloved wife Mary. Funeral service to be held at Easthampstead Park Crematorium on Tuesday 12th May 2012 at 10.30. Family flowers only please or donations if desired made payable to The Stroke Association c/o C.H. Lovegrove, Gowring House, Market Street, Bracknell, Berks. RG12 1HB
