WATERFIELD David Passed away peacefully on 19th June 2013, aged 60 years, at Duchess of Kent House. Very much loved husband of Paula, father to Kim, father in law to Neil, granddad to Amee-Louise, Mia-Kate, Holly-Marie, Evie-Mae and Harrison.XXXXX Sadly missed by all family and friends. Funeral Service to be held at Reading Crematorium South Chapel on Wednesday 3rd July at 1.45pm. Family flowers only. Donations may be made to Sue Ryder via www.memorygiving.com/davidwaterfield.
