WASYLUK Michael Passed away peacefully at home on 20th October 2011, aged 83 years. Much missed by his family, Doreen, Kathryn, Clive and David. Funeral service at St. James R.C. Church, The Forbury, Reading on Thursday 3rd November at 12.15pm followed by burial at Henley Road Cemetery. Family flowers only. Donations, if desired, made payable to "Queen Alexandra Hospital, Cosham, Ward C5" may be sent to A.B. Walker & Son Ltd, 36 Eldon Rd, Reading, RG1 4DL.
