DR DEREK WARDALE Formerly GP of Farnham Lane Slough and Hedgerley Bucks. Died suddenly at home on Wednesday 14th September 2011. Funeral service to take place at Slough Crematorium on Monday 3rd October 2011 at 1 pm. All friends welcomed no flowers but donations to the British Heart Foundation c/o Newman and Son, Stoke Road, Slough SL 2 5 AS
