David John Ward Passed away suddenly at John Radcliffe Hospital on 21st August 2012. Taken far too soon at 45 years of age, he is now back with his beloved Mum. Beloved son to John & his soul mate the late Marie, loving father to Faith, brother to Denise & Helen, uncle to Suzi, Jo, Martin & Jacqui and great uncle to 6 great nephews & nieces. Always there for everyone and will be greatly missed by all of his family & friends. Thank you to all who attended his funeral.
