THOMAS David "Dave" Passed away at the Royal Berkshire Hospital on 29th January 2012, aged 59 years. He will be very sadly missed by his Family, Partner and Friends. Funeral service to be held at West Berkshire Crematorium on Friday 17th February at 11.15am. Flowers or donations made payable to "G.O.S.H." (Great Ormond Street Hospital) may be sent to A.B.
