Patricia Tebrooke 23/3/1942 - 27/6/2012. Died peacefully & with dignity, surrounded by her loving family after a lengthy illness, borne with great courage. Pat was the devoted & much loved mother of Paul and Louise & the cherished grandmother of Claire, James & Thomas. Beloved sister of John, Maureen, Jimmy, Eileen, Tommy, Peter & Bill. Fun loving mother in law of Paul. Loyal friend to many. Pat's kindness, generosity, wit & infectious smile touched all who met her. She will be very sorely missed. Funeral mass to be held at St Anthony's RC Church, Farnham Royal on Monday 9th July 2012 at 2 PM, followed by burial at Parkside Cemetery, Hedgerley. Flowers or donations to Thames Hospice c/o E.Sargeant & Son, 40 Church St Slough SL1 1PJ
