STEVENS Joan Passed away peacefully at Austen House Nursing Home on 31st October 2012, aged 97 years. Reunited with her beloved husband Vic, much loved mum of Jill, Martin and Terry, special grandma and great grandma. Funeral Service at Reading Crematorium, West chapel on Thursday 8th November at 2.15pm. Flowers, or donations, if desired for the "British Heart Foundation" via www.memorygiving.com/joanstevens or cheques made payable to the charity may be sent to A. B.
