SMITH Rex Tyler Passed peacefully away on December 7th 2012. Loving and devoted husband to Phyllis, beloved father/father-in-law of Jill and Jeff, much loved gramps to Marina and Helen, great-grandad to Edward and Oliver and loving grandfather-in-law to Andrew and Chris. Great friend of the late Alan. Private cremation followed by a Celebration of Life Service at St Agnes Church, Northumberland Avenue, Whitley Wood, Reading on Friday December 28th 2012 at 2.30pm.
