SMITH Jeanne Hilda Louise Passed away peacefully on 29th May 2012 at Moorlands Rest Home after a long illness, aged 76. She will be sadly missed by her brother Chris, sister in law Shirley, niece Julie, nephew Mark and all her family and friends. Funeral service to be held at Reading Crematorium, South Chapel on Monday 18th June at 1.45pm. Family flowers only please. Donations if desired made payable to 'Dementia UK' and maybe sent to AB Walker & Son Ltd, 36 Eldon Road, Reading, RG1 4DL
