Denise Smith Passed away peacefully at home surrounded by family and friends on 9th September 2014, aged 64 years. Denise was loved by everyone that had the pleasure to know her. She will be sadly missed by all. Funeral to be held at Slough Crematorium on Friday 3rd October at 14.00pm. Rest in Peace Mum
