SMITH, Alan Edwards Passed away peacefully in ICU at the Royal Berkshire Hospital on 28th May 2012 aged 69, with his much loved wife Christina by his side. Loving father to Tracy and Suzanne. He will be very sadly missed by all who knew him. Funeral Service will take place at Easthampstead Park Crematorium on Monday 11th June 2012 at 1:30pm. Family flowers only please.
