SLADE John Edward Passed away peacefully on 5th April 2013, aged 74 years after a long illness courageously fought. Devoted husband and soul mate to Janice, beloved father to Simon and Kelly, dearly loved father in law to Sara and Alan and very much loved granddad to Cameron and Lexi. He will be sadly missed by all. Funeral service to be held at Henley Road Cemetery, South Chapel on Friday 26th April at 10.45am.
