Thomas William Sibley 23/1/1935-12/9/2012 My darling husband Tom. Father of Jackie, Michelle, Christine, Elise and Tony, and a loving father-in-law. Grandfather to Daniel, Jason, Stephen, Keely, Jack, Charlie, Ruby and Sam. Died at Wexham Park Hospital surrounded by his family who will love and miss him forever. Thanks to all the nursing staff, district and cancer nurses. Your loving wife Jean. Funeral at Slough Crematorium on 2/10/12 at 1.30 pm. All donations to The Roy Castle Lung Cancer Foundation please.
