GILL SARSON We are sad to announce that Gill Sarson, a long standing Bracknell resident, died on Monday 17th September. Gill settled in Bracknell New Town in the 1960s and worked in the community as a Midwife and thence District Nurse. She went on to marry Pip Sarson, an employee at the Met Office. They later had two girls, Jane and Lucy who finished their schooling at Garth Hill. Gill returned to District Nursing after a career break and even after her retirement continued to care for the elderly and infirm. Her sense of humour and willingness to help others will be sorely missed.
