SAMUEL JOHN WILLIAM GILBY Passed away peacefully at Wexham Park Hospital on the 4th August aged 91. Much loved and missed by all family and friends. The funeral will take place on Thursday 16th August 2012, 12.00 at Slough Crematorium. Family flowers only with donations being made out to R. S.P. C.A., c/o E. Sargeant & Son, 40 Church Street, Slough, Berks. SL 1 1 PJ.
