Richardson, Jack Sadly passed away at Wexham Park Hospital on 4th August 2011, aged 85 years Dearly beloved Husband and Father who will be greatly missed. Funeral at Slough Crematorium on Thursday 18th August at 11.30 am Family flowers only please. Donations in his memory to Heatherwood & amp; Wexham Park Hospital C/o The Co- operative Funeralcare, 16 Parlaunt Road, Slough, Berks. SL 3 8 BB
