Rafter Pauline Patricia formerly of Byways, Burnham Beloved Mother of Carmel, Bernadette, Sean and Patrick, much loved Granma to Jessica, Saoirse and Liam and Mother in law to Anne- Marie, Cynthia and Andy. Sadly passed away Friday 15th May 2015 at The Check House Nursing Home, Seaton, Devon. Funeral Mass to be on Thursday 28th May 2015 at 11 am at Our Lady of Peace Church, Burnham, preceded by overnight in the church on Wednesday 27th May at 4 pm. Burial service at Slough Cemetery, Stoke Road, Slough SL 2 5 AX. Family flowers only and donations in lieu to Alzheimers Dementia Support at the Service or c/o Hansfords Funeral Service, Bay View, Trevelyan Road, Seaton, Devon EX 12 2 NL
