O’Hara (Reece) Patsy Passed away peacefully at the Royal Berkshire Hospital on the 16th June 2014 aged 57 years. All the family are missing you now, rest peacefully. Funeral service to be held at Reading Crematorium, South Chapel on Wednesday 2nd July at 3:15pm. Flowers are welcome and may be sent to A. B. Walker & Son Ltd, 36 Eldon Road, Reading RG1 4DL.
