Lee O'Flaherty Passed away after a short illness at home on the 8th April 2013 aged 52. Much loved and missed by his wife Ann, his children and all family and friends. The funeral will take place on Friday 26th April 2013, 2.30pm at Slough Crematorium. Flowers welcome with any donations to Thames Hospice Care c/o E.Sargeant & Son, 40 Church Street, Slough, Berks SL1 1PJ.
