NORTHWOOD, JOAN 27.01.1945 26.08.2012 Having shown great courage over a long period Joan sadly died on 26th Aug 2012 at home surrounded by her family. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and sister. We are extremely grateful for all the help we received in caring for her during this difficult time. Funeral to take place on Friday 7th Sept, 3 pm at Slough Crematorium. Family flowers only please.
