MOORE nee Jeffery Patsy (Patricia) Passed away in the comfort of her loved ones on 28th July 2013. Loving wife of Malcolm, mother of Shelley and David and nanny of Molly, Chloe, Max and Sophie. Funeral service to be held in St Mary the Virgin, Purley on Friday 9th August at 2:30pm followed by a burial at Pangbourne Hill Cemetery.
