Kathleen Joan Moore Moore Kathleen (Joan) - Passed away peacefully at home on 26th August 2012, aged 87 years, Loving mother of Gerald, Nick and Jo and much loved grandmother, she will be sadly missed by all family and friends. Funeral service to be held on Thursday 13th September 2012 at Reading Crematorium for 2.30pm, flowers welcome. All enquires to Co-operative Funeralcare Reading 0118-9874473
