David Arthur Miller, taken from us tragically on 14th August 2012. Much loved husband to Jenny, Daddy to Katherine and Alex, son of Judy and brother to Ruth. A Cremation is to be held at 11.30am on 3rd September 2012 at Amersham Crematorium followed by a service of thanks giving for David's life at St. Nicholas Church, Cuddington, Bucks.
