Leslie Charles McCormack passed away peacefully on 6th April 2013 aged 69 Much loved dad & grandad He will be very sadly missed by his family and many friends. Funeral service to take place at Easthampstead Park Crematorium on Friday 26th April at 10.30am. No flowers please but if desired, donations, by cheque to The British Heart Foundation c/o JB Hall Funeral Directors, 142 Finchampstead Road, Wokingham RG41 2NU
