MALCOLM WOODAGE Passed away on 4th Sept 2012 at Royal Berks Hospital Aged 64. Will be sadly missed by family & friends. Funeral Service to take place on Monday 17th Sept 2012 at 12 noon at Easthampstead Park Crematorium. Family flowers only but donations if desired to "South Central Ambulance Service" With "Crowthorne CFR" On reverse of the cheque
