David Richard Lacey Died suddenly at John Radcliffe Hospital. Beloved husband of Akiko and father to Hugh. Sadly missed − fondly remembered. Funeral on Friday 31st October at 1.30pm St Mary’s, Beaconsfield. 2.30pm Amersham Crematorium. Donations to Neuro Intensive Care Unit Fund via Sargeants Funeral Directors. Flowers welcome and will be distributed to local care homes.
