Deirdre Ann Holt Passed away peacefully on 15th February 2015. Loving mother, sister, auntie and nan. Always in our hearts and never forgotten. Funeral on Friday 27th February at Slough Crematorium at 1 pm. All donations to Oxford House Nursing Home. Rest in peace
