HEATH Win Passed away peacefully at Austen House Nursing Home on 20th April 2012, aged 91 years. Much loved mum, nanny and great nanny. She will be very sadly missed by all her family and friends. Funeral Service at Reading Crematorium-South Chapel on Thursday 3rd May at 1.45pm. No flowers, donations, if desired, made payable to "Dementia UK" may be sent to to A. B. Walker and Son Ltd, 36 Eldon Rd, Reading,RG1 4DL.
