HAYES, AGNES (CONNIE) Formerly Of Churchill Road, Langley Passed away peacefully at Royal Berkshire Hospital on Monday 12th December 2011, aged 90 years. Loving Wife of 64 years of Charles. Beloved mother of Ron and Les and mother-in-law to Trish and Jan. Loving Grandmother of Kerry, Peter, Joanna, Paul, Jonathan and Laura. Proud Great-Grandmother of 9. Service to be held at St John Bosco, Woodley on Thursday 5th January at 12.30pm, followed by a commital at Reading Crematorium. Family flowers only please, donations made payable made payable to the "Great Ormond Street Hospital" may be sent to A. B. Walker & Son Ltd, 36 Eldon Road, Reading, RG1 4DL
