Hamilton- David Husband of Elizabeth, Father of Stephen and Karen. Died 10-08-2012 aged 79 after a long battle with cancer. Funeral service at Reading Crematorium in the West chapel, Henley Road on 20-08-2012 at 12.45pm. Family flowers only, donations if desired to be made to Sue Ryder direct or c/o Miles and Daughters Independent Funeral Directors, Isabella House, 498a Reading Road, Winnersh, Berks, RG41 5EX.
