Hall, Kathleen Passed peacefully away on Monday 21st November 2011 in the Royal Berkshire Hospital aged 63 years.The will be greatly missed by all her family and friends. Funeral service to be held on Wednesday 30th November at Reading Crematorium South Chapel at 1.45pm.No Flowers, donations to Macmillan Nurses and Emmer Green Doctors Surgery and sent c/o Tomalin & Son, Anderson House, 38 Reading Road, Henley-on-Thames, Oxon.
