GREEN Jack Passed away peacefully at Frimley Park Hospital on 3rd June 2012 aged 93 years. A loving father, grandfather and great-grandfather, sadly missed by all. Funeral Service to be held at Easthampstead Park Crematorium on Monday 18th June at 3pm.
