JOHN DAVID GODDARD Passed away at Wexham Park Hospital on the 24th July 2013 aged 81. Much loved and missed by all family and friends. The funeral will take place on Wednesday 7th August 2013, 11.00am at Slough Crematorium. Family flowers only with any donations made out to the ITU Unit Wexham Park Hospital c/o E.Sargeant & Son, 40 Church Street, Slough Sl1 1PJ.
