FIELD - Michael passed away peacefully at home on 1st September 2012. Much loved husband, father and grandfather. Thanksgiving Service to be held at The Chilterns Crematorium, Amersham on 13th September at 2.30 pm. No flowers please, but donations to Iain Rennie Hospice at Home c/o H C Grimstead Funeral Directors, Beaconsfield
