Ferguson - Dale Passed away peacefully at home on 20th August 2012 with his family around him. Funeral service on Thursday 30th August at 12 noon at Easthampstead Park Crematorium. Family flowers only donations if desired to Thames Valley Air Ambulance, c/o Miles & Daughters, Isabella House, 498a Reading Road, Winnersh, Berks, RG41 5EX. "Our Family Serving Your Family"
