JAN EVANS (nee Jeannette Phillips) Passed away peacefully on Thursday 3rd January 2013, aged 78, following a brave battle with cancer. A dearly loved Mum, Grandma, Sister and Aunty and good friend to many will be deeply missed and never far from our thoughts. Funeral Service to be held on Friday 25th January 2013 at Easthampstead Park Crematorium at 12.00 noon. Family flowers only.
