ELWELL Joan Passed away on 25th March 2015 at Wild Acres Care Home, Finchampstead, aged 88 years. Much loved mum, grandmother and great grandmother. Forever in our hearts. Funeral service to be held at Easthampstead Park Crematorium on Thursday 9th April at 1.30 pm. Family flowers only please.
