Elam, David John Formerly of Sonning Common and Reading, passed away at Manchester Royal Infirmaryon 13th May 2014, aged 70. Beloved husband of Christine and father of Elizabeth. Funeral at Manchester Crematorium on 27th May at 12:00 noon. Family flowers only, but donations, if desired, to WaterAid (www.wateraid.org/uk)
