JOHN CZEPAK Passed away at home on the 18th May 2015, aged 86. A much loved father, grandfather & great grandfather, sadly missed by all family and friends. The funeral service will take place at the Holy Family Church, Langley, on Wednesday 27 th May at 10:00 am followed by a burial at Slough Cemetery. Flowers welcome with donations to Cancer Research UK c/o E. Sargeant & Son, 40 Church Street, Slough, Berks SL 1 1 PJ.
