COX - Roger Leonard, passed away on 6th December 2012 aged 69 years. Funeral service to take place in the Milton Chapel, Chilterns Crematorium, Amersham, on Friday 11th January at 2.30pm. Family flowers only but donations, if wished, to the National Heart & Lung Institute Foundation c/o Wright Funeral Services, 106 High Street, Great Missenden, HP16 0BE.
