Michael Kenneth COULDRICK Passed away suddenly after a short illness. Mike aged 71 years. Devoted husband to Janice, much loved dad to Tracey, Debbie, Lee and Craig and an adored grandad. So sadly missed. A Service to Celebrate Mike's life will be held at Reading Crematorium [South Chapel] on Friday 21st October at 3.15pm. All friends welcome.
