In loving memory of Morris David Cook aged 70, originally from The Frithe, Wexham, then Langley to Chorleywood, passed away at the Peace Hospice, Watford from pancreatic cancer. You will be sadly missed, forever in our thoughts and remain in our hearts forever. Service at Slough Crematorium 2.30 pm, 23 rd January
