GERRY COOK Passed away peacefully on the 16th May 2014, aged 72 years. He will be sadly missed by his loving Wife Anne, Children John, Debbie & Gary & all his family & friends. The Funeral Service will take place at Easthampstead Park Crematorium on Tuesday 3rd June at 3.00 pm. Flowers may be sent to A.B.
