Sylvia Dawn Emily Conn Who sadly passed away at the Royal Berkshire Hospital on April 2nd 2012 aged 81 years. To our Mum, Nan and Greatnan, Sylvia. Love you so much. When we saw you sleeping, so peaceful and free from pain, we could not wish you back, to suffer that again. Gods garden must be beautiful, he only takes the best. Funeral service to be held at Easthampstead Park Crematorium on Thursday 19th April 2012 at 1.30pm. Family flowers only please.
